ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is an oil based filament and has a higher melting point than PLA. ABS filament is commonly used in 3D printing. It has the following characteristics:

Technical:
1. The vacuum loader wil help load the raw material into the hopper dryer,which will help reduce labor. Thehopper dryer is with heating and blowing drying system which will help fully dry the raw materials.
2. The whole machine is controlled by on touch screen PLC system. The PLC system will automatically control all other systems according to the data from the roundness laser measuring device. If the roundness tolerance is too big,the system will automatically control the cooling water temperature,extrusion speed and tracting speed.
3. The tractor machine uses soft belt , which will ensure that the filament will not change shape and the storage thread stand is very important for leaving enough time to change the spool.
