1. Cooling: two-stage cooling, to solve the problem of deformation of the core.
2. Frame structure: the important part is welded with 6.0 thick steel plate or reinforced steel to consolidate the stability of the machine
3. Take-off wheel: dynamic balance processing to improve operation stability
4. Wire storage rack: 9 meters in length and 100 meters in storage length, which solves the difficulty of traditional wire collection
5. Control: The extruder can be set to match the measuring and control instrument, and the wire diameter can be automatically adjusted, which is more intelligent and convenient(PID control)
6. Meter counter: independent part, for meter counting and anti-return line function.
