Description
PVC/WPC profile extrusion machine can produce all kinds of profile,for example,window,door and door frame,pallet,cladding of outdoor wall,facility of outside park,floor etc.Output profile is Wood Plastic Composite(WPC) or Plastic UPVC.
Application
This production line is able to produce PE, PP or PVC with Wood profile products. The WPC profile is a new type environment friendly product; because it uses plastic and waste wood fiber powder as the raw material, add certain proportions of auxiliary additives, foamed agent. The composite profile is extruded under high temperature and pressure, therefore the production line is used to produce pallets, package box or board, window sills, decorating floor and outdoor decorating product, which are widely used these days. The wood or nature fiber powder can account a high proportion (at most 50-70%); The production line is multi-functional, which can also be used to produce PP, PE, PVC, ABS and PS products.
