Description
3D printing filament extruder / extruder is mainly used to produce high-quality ABS / PLA for all brands of 3D printers. The 3D printing filament extruder / extruder has high output and high performance. ABS / PLA filaments with diameters of 1.75 and 3mm can be produced. We use laser caliper to measure the diameter on the plastic filament extrusion line of 3D printer, and control the tolerance within 0.03mm.

Features
3D printing filament extruder production line, which can adjust the screw structure to produce 3D printing filaments of ABS / PLA materials. The accuracy of printing filament shall be controlled within ± 0.03mm. The production line can ideally process 1.75mm and 3mm ABS / PLA printing filaments. The screws are easy to remove and clean, so it is easy to change the color of the printed filament. The water tank has two parts, one for hot water and the other for cold water, so the roundness of the printed filament is easy to control.
